IRCops

This command lists online IRC Operators.

Syntax: IRCOPS

The return will show the IRCops nick, level, server,
and any extra information.

Example:

oper1 is an IRC Operator on server.one [Helpop]
admin1 is a Server Administrator on server.two [Away]
admin2 is a Co Administrator on server.one [Helpop]
Total: 3 IRCOPS online - 2 Opers and 1 Away
