TEMPSHUN

Add/remove 'temporary shuns'.
Temporary shuns are shuns added on a specified target for
_the current session only_, this means if the user reconnects
the shun will be gone.

Syntax: TEMPSHUN [+|-]<nickname> [reason]
Example: TEMPSHUN evilguy suspected infection
TEMPSHUN -niceguy
